Come join our growing mental health agency we just opened our 4th location in under 2 years on 10/2! We are looking for a full time office worker for our new Dunstan Crossing location in Scarborough directly across the street from Dunstan Tap and Table.
We are growing fast and we are a FUN PLACE TO WORK!! We only started the journey in September 2021 in Gorham.
Schedule would be Mon-Fri 10AM-6PM or 8AM-4PM. We offer 2 weeks PTO, and you are paid for your break as well. Pay is weekly by direct deposit.
We currently do not have health insurance benefits.
Your role would be:
Responsible for front desk operations
Verify client insurance and discuss client responsibility
Greeting clients, assisting with client’s needs, and directing clients appropriately
Checking in and checking out clients
Scheduling/ rescheduling client appointments
Maintaining clinician’s schedules
Answering phone calls, forwarding phone calls to the appropriate people, checking voicemails, etc.
Providing general administrative and clerical support to clients and office staff as assigned by the Owner, Clinical Director and/ or Practice Manager.
You must have:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication with clients and office staff
Must have basic experience with all Microsoft Office products
Experience with EHR Simple Practice is a huge bonus but not required.
Looking to start training right away.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
