SalaryOur Midvale location is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team! This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of infertility care and be a part of an extraordinary and committed staff.
This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Check patients in and out in the practice management system.
- Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff. Ensure voicemails are addressed quickly.
- Keep waiting room neat and clean.
- Schedule appointments.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Make new patient information folders.
- Call patients to get updated addresses when mail is returned.
- Ensure all cycle payments are collected and collect on patient accounts receivable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
