We are seeking a full-time (Mon - Fri) Medical Receptionist for our busy Dermatology office located in Troy, MI, 48098. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for a team player who is willing to work collaboratively with our staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Check patients in and out
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Make appointments and manage the appointment schedule
- Perform general office work, such as filing and data entry
- Processing payments
- Verifying insurance information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
