The job duties include:
1. Greet patients and assist with paperwork.
2. Answer phone, and take messages
3. Scheduling appointments
4. Checking patients in and out
6. Maintain and update patient demographic information
7. Collect co-pays and other payments, Enter daily charges
8. Mail/Fax correspondence to other physicians
Experience and skills:
1. Confident, honest, positive, and motivated outlook
2. People person. Energetic and outgoing.
3. Previous receptionist experience NECESSARY
4. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians and co-workers
5. Ability to speak in a friendly and professional manner
6. Must be able to stay organized while multitasking
7. Must be dependable with a great work ethic
