Position: Part-Time Admin Assistant/Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Hours: Monday 10-7, Tuesday 10-7, Wednesday 8-5 (27 hours)

Job Description: We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly individual to join our team as a part-time Admin Assistant/Medical Assistant/Receptionist. This position has the potential to expand to full-time in the future. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include checking in patients, scheduling appointments, refilling medications, and interacting with patients in person, over the phone, and via text. You will also provide support to our NP provider and RNs as needed.

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and exam rooms - Welcome and assist clients - Address customer inquiries and concerns - Manage incoming calls and emails - Perform vital signs and charting in electronic medical records - Schedule appointments and refill prescriptions - Assist with educating clients on weight loss, hormone therapies, and IV vitamin therapies

Key Skills: - Attention to detail - Initiative - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Organization and efficiency - Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask - Basic Excel knowledge for spreadsheets - Bonus: Basic social media knowledge for assisting with Facebook page

Experience/Requirements: - Medical office experience preferred, but not required - Passion for health and wellness - Desire for growth opportunities
