PFLC currently has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced, administrative professional to join our team in the role of Patient Coordinator at our Troy and Farmington Hills locations. Must be able to travel to both locations. One year experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred, but not required.
Must be able to thrive in a busy, multitasking environment. Bring us your smile and let the patients feed off your energy. The ideal candidate would have medical and/or reception experience, have the utmost confidentiality, and are comfortable working within the constraints of HIPAA.
Your role includes ensuring the front end of the business runs smoothly. This role is very important to the growth and success of our clinic. Our Patient Coordinators are the first people to have contact with our patients. If you have a professional attitude, are reliable, and are willing to step in wherever needed to ensure the patient experience is a positive one, please forward your resume. Additional requirements:
- Friendly outgoing personality that works very well with others. We work in a fast paced busy environment. The right candidate will be able to learn about Laser Therapy, answer the phones and coordinate the patient appointments.
- Ability to Multitask in a busy work environment.
- Booking multiple appointments for patients.
- Creating new patient charts/Updating spreadsheets and Daily Emails.
- Intermediate/Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to create/update documents/reports as you see they are required.
- Able to collect cash and card payments from patients & comfortable asking for payments.
- Ability to make follow up calls
- Able to work between 6:45a-7:00p Mon-Thurs, 6:45a-5:00p Friday. ALL WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS OFF!!
