Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Proficient in computer use
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to patients and supporting the smooth operation of the medical office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.
