Partners In Rehab, PT is seeking a customer service oriented, Medical Office Receptionist/Front Desk personnel to join our team in Saugus, MA. Candidates who are interested in this position must have 2+ years of medical office experience and a positive attitude to ensure our patients feel welcomed.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Receptionist or related field
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows)
• Strong team player that works well with others
• Flexibility to provide coverage for other receptionists when needed within our network
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Committed to making each patient's visit a pleasant one.
• Have reliable transportation and show up to work on time.

This is a Part-Time position averaging 25-27 hours per week. All Part-Time employees are eligible for paid flex-time (sick time) and holidays, and are eligible for 401k after 1 year of employment.
