Family Integrative Medicine is a physical medicine and rehabilitation practice with multiple locations in Central Florida. We believe in treating the patient as a whole by delivering quality, convenient, individualized health care and exceeding our patients’ expectations.

Family Integrative Medicine is seeking energized and friendly individuals to represent the practice and attend to the daily functions of the Front Desk Reception. The candidate for this position must exhibit good will and ensure that all patients receive a 5-star personalized experience. Responsibilities include:

· Schedule patient appointments

· Obtain and process information from insurance companies

· Entry of data into our Electronic Health Record System

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, voicemails, and Emails

· Maintain the facility in a clean and organized manner

· Collection of copays, outstanding balances, collections and daily reconciliation of funds collected

· Other duties as deemed necessary

· High level of accuracy and precision

· Agile, able to move quickly and easily

· Clean and professional appearance

· Work well as a member of a team, and able to follow detailed instructions carefully

· Organized, punctual, and professional

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

· Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

· Medical office: 1 year (preferred)

· Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
