LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Medical Quality Assurance Analyst for our healthcare client in Seattle, WA. This will be a full-time, hybrid opportunity and is a temporary opportunity with the intention of becoming a permanent role. Candidates must reside in WA, OR, ID, or UT or they won't be considered.
This role will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of several aspects of our client’s operations and ensuring that they meet the company's high standards of customer service excellence. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and developing solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls made by patient service representatives to ensure that they are adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform audits for written documentation and correspondence to ensure accurate and quality information is being passed on appropriately.
• Analyze day-to-day phone and written interactions to identify areas for improvement in quality and service delivery.
• Provide feedback when needed on areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their performance.
• Work with management to develop and implement training programs for employees to improve their performance.
• Compile and analyze data on call center performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify and resolve Quality Assurance issues to ensure that customer service is delivered consistently and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Understanding of how to lead a team and give feedback when necessary.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Knowledge of operations, workflows, and auditing best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and medical billing/coding, and anatomy knowledge strongly desired.

Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, certification or diploma in medical billing or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in customer service and/or administrative healthcare required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR software required

Compensation

• $22-25/hour, DOE
• Hybrid work schedule, equipment provided, but candidates must have reliable internet access
• Contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent after initial tenure
