We have four plastic surgeons who have practiced together for approximately 20 years. Well established practice, team and clientele.
The Practice Administrator oversees the daily operations of a multi-provider, two-location Plastic Surgery practice with an in-house surgery center. Reporting directly to the owners (surgeons), this dynamic role involves managing multiple priorities and achieving goals. Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Hiring, terminations, and performance reviews.
- Benefit administration and staff training.
- Handling employee complaints.
- Financial Management:
- Process payrolls.
- Accounts payable and receivable for multiple companies.
- Facilities Management:
- Act as Facilities Manager (building owner).
- Hire contractors, arrange service calls, and handle emergency repairs - Note: often this occurs outside of regular business hours.
- Schedule inspections and manage tenant relations.
- Medical Knowledge:
- Understand COMAR (regulations in the medical and plastic surgery field).
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
- Embrace positive challenges.
- Multitask without compromising quality.
- Possess a “can-do” attitude.
- Be the reliable go-to person for doctors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or healthcare (preferred).
- 3+ years of practice management experience at a management level.
- Familiarity with clinic operations, financial management, quality management, and risk management in a medium-sized medical facility.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen driving operational excellence.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
