PART TIME FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT IS WANTED FOR MEDICAL OFFICE IN TORRANCE.

JOB DUTIES:

- Greet patients with a warm smile
- Check-in and check-out patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones in a friendly manner
- Manage administrative records
- Manage financial records: insurance verification and prior authorizations, billing and payments
- Reminder calls about scheduled appointments
- Send out recalls for appointments

MUST HAVE the following:
- Punctual
- Positive attitude
- GREAT communication skills
- Be able to multitask efficiently
- Needs to be computer literate
- Fast learner
- Detail oriented
- Team player who should be able to work independently without constant supervision
- And absolutely reliable and dependable
- Efficient in time management
- Be self motivated, organized and able to problem solve or ask for help
- Be eager to manage all aspects of the front office reception area (keeping the reception/lobby area tidy, make patients feel at ease and welcomed to the practice on the phone and upon their arrival)
- Have professional personable phone etiquette
- Have a professional demeanor and appearance
- Be willing to give five star customer service to patients
