```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our team. The Medical Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Medical Office, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of Medical Office procedures. ```Responsibilities``` - Manage and supervise all administrative and clinical staff - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations - Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Monitor inventory levels and order medical supplies as needed - Coordinate with insurance providers to verify patient coverage and process claims - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or concerns ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role - Knowledge of Medical Office systems, procedures, and terminology - Strong fiscal management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting - Proficiency in practice management software (e.g., Eaglesoft) - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team - Experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., veterinary or dental office) is a plus - Familiarity with critical care procedures is preferred If you are a detail-oriented individual with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for providing quality healthcare services, we encourage you to apply for the position of Medical Office Manager.
