Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the team and facility of an ongoing medical practice to provide first-class care to our patients.
- Ensuring each team member receives the training and resources to be successful in their role.
- Ensuring that every team member knows their role and responsibilities and is accountable to themselves and others for their performance. Monitor compliance with company policies and practices.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Four-year college degree preferred but not required
- Medical Office experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
