SalaryPosition Summary:
Assists with Nursing Department needs and works under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor and Director of Nursing. The applicant will need to work as a team with the nurses and other departments throughout campus. Professional ability to communicate is required. Communication with parents and Medical Offices as needed. Will assist in nursing scheduling needs. Office duties will include ordering supplies, scanning, uploading documentation, filing, faxing and keeping the department organized.
Schedule/Hours:
This is a 15-hour Part Time position (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday's 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, can type 50-60 words a minute and experience utilizing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Ability to multitask, and work in a high pace environment.
- Experience in a behavioral health treatment setting and in pediatrics preferred.
