Kingdom Pathways (www.kingdompathways.org) is a Christian faith-based facility for homeless men with addiction issues, progressing towards independence. Residents stay at homes in St. Paul for a period of 1-2 years in a comprehensive program assisting them towards indepdence ! Urine Analysis (UA) is critical to therapy in a variety of areas. A Mindray BS-200 machine is used to test UAs for around 25 homeless person and document by the Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). Later, the lab is expected to expand.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Prefer Certified Medical Lab Tech (MLT)
- Full command, verbal and written, of the English language.
- Successful completion of Laboratory Technician training with subsequent certification as a Laboratory Technician preferred.
- Associate degree in a lab science or Medical Laboratory technology from an accredited institution. Qualified to work in a highly complex laboratory as mandated in the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 (CLIA)
