Inside Sales Specialist Job Summary:

Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients
- Understand client needs, offer solutions, and provide ongoing support
- Source potential leads through various channels
- Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows
- Maintain a robust prospect database and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and build strong pipelines
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for efficient client management
- Demonstrate tenacity, resilience, and a positive attitude in client interactions
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Inside Sales Requirements:
- Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and persuasive
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
- High school degree or equivalent; but bachelor's and sales experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote environment
- Access to reliable wifi for virtual work
