- Monday – Friday – Daylight hours(7:30 am – 4:00 pm)
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour as new employee (performance raises available, after hire)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum – 2 years of medical billing and/or Front Office in medical setting required
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
- Strong communication skills and customer service required
- Assist with administrative duties
- Guide patient through use of self-arrival technology or check-in patient
- Schedule or connect patient to resources to schedule for ancillary services
- Assist patients in education of financial responsibility and connect them to advocacy resources
- Confirm/verify insurance benefits with the appropriate carrier via online verification systems or telephone inquiries
- Promote patient technology software and assist patients with registration
- Collect patient copayments at the point of service
