SalaryBusy orthopedic surgery clinic is seeking to add full-time Front Office staff to our expanded practice.
Our ideal candidate is compassionate, a fast learner and detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Initiative and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, higher-stress environment is a must. Familiarity with electronic medical records and scheduling systems is preferred, but not required.
Job description includes, but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, triaging calls, checking patients in and out, accurate data entry, verifying and entering insurance information, processing referrals, taking payments, tending to medical record requests, getting authorizations, communicating with patients and other providers, etc.
Previous medical clinic experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
