Busy Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa practice in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced and energetic Medical Front Desk Associate who excels at multi-tasking to join our team!
With over 23 years of service we are the premier practice for all things aesthetics.
This full-time position encompasses all aspects of our practice. Responsibilities range from welcoming our patients with an efficient and friendly check-in experience to interacting with phones, technology, patients, and all staff.
You will be part of the team that is the "first impression", thus you MUST possess the following qualities and skills:
- Must have prior experience as a Medical Front Desk Admin.
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Must possess a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Computer literacy
- Experience working with electronic medical records
- Must be a team player as well as self-motivator
- Must be kind & respectful, giving attention to patients' needs and concerns under all circumstances.
- Must be reliable and honest
- Team player who collaborates and engages with the practice and patients
- Continually exhibits a “can do” attitude and positive energy

Responsibilities:
- Exceed our patients’ expectations for outstanding patient service
- Create a warm and welcoming impression for our patients
- Remain calm while handling multiple tasks at once with many interruptions
- Answer the phones and differentiate between routine and emergency cases
- Schedule appointments
- Greet patients
- Process payments and manage financial information
- Communicate between patients and other staff
- Possesses a firm belief in the quality of care we provide and communicate this sense of assurance to our patients
- Know and understand our services and products and be able to communicate these to our patients
- Be excited and proactive in promoting the practice, providers, and all services
- Provide patient comfort by keeping the office area clean and presentable is part of the daily routine
- Create a good first and last impression on our patients
- Perform office administrative tasks including but not limited to scanning, filing, printing, medical photo management
- Participate in regular professional webinars and office training sessions pertinent to the role and share information/knowledge with colleague

- Monday to Friday 8:15-4:30 with one monthly meeting until 5pm
