As a member of Noah Medical's robotics Professional Education team, you will take ownership of learning, keeping updated on technology, managing Physician Training Lab and the associated tasks related to the Galaxy System. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Med Ed team and the clinicians that we are training. You will need to have good clinical communication skills, willingness to learn about anatomy and new technologies. It will be important to have the capability to manage and document training events.

A Day In The Life Of Our Medical Education Lab Tech & Coordinator
- Support the execution of all physician training events
- Manage all customer communication and travel plans
- Collect and manage all training documentation
- Create documents, presentation slides, spreadsheets, and maintain databases
- Support and manage physician training events in the Sunnyvale office
- Ability to assist in the lab utilizing the Noah equipment and support equipment for training
About You
- 2+ years clinical training or MedEd training experience with a healthcare, life sciences, and/or medical device company preferred.
- Experience working with digital tools and social media platforms
- Experience in managing small customer events
- Ability and willingness to work directly in our clinical training lab
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a timely manner to cross functional partners.
- Proficiency in Google Suite required, Microsoft Suite a plus
- The position is based in the Noah Medical Training Office, Sunnyvale, CA.
- 10% travel possible.
$30 - $41 an hour
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
