As a(n) Sales Consultant, Non-Invasive Ventilators (NIV), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Identifying and acquiring new NIV business through thorough understanding the Vyaire competitive advantage and evaluating it against market trends and industry needs.
- Assisting the Acute Sales team with preparing customer proposals ensuring the win/win strategy of Vyaire.
- Developing and execute sales strategy for new accounts. Provide feedback to teams internally around customer value prop, competitive landscape, etc.
- Assisting the Acute Sales team with sales forecasting and set performance goals to align and manage sales pipeline all to meet revenue goals.
- Representing Vyaire strategically and relative to the competition, by staying current on competition and industry trends; understand the NIV market to determine customer needs.
- Executing sales strategy for new NIV opportunities and some existing accounts. Provide feedback to teams internally around customer value prop, competitive landscape, etc.
- Working with Acute Sales Team to close deals in the NIV Market by targeting current competitor NIV customers
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in prospective and existing accounts.
- Establishing and maintaining client communications and requirements ensuring solutions meet needs and stated goals of customer, as well as Vyaire.
- Helping with preparing proposals addressing clients’ technical, financial, and operational needs and concerns while achieving positive returns for the customer and the company.
- Providing customers with clear understanding of what clinical and financial benefits are associated with Vyaire NIV business.
- Managing procurement processes and contractual events to protect Vyaire’s based
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Three (3) plus years in sales within a Medical Device (healthcare) field Or 3 years clinical experience
- Associates degree or respiratory therapy certification required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a sole contributor role.
- Non-invasive ventilator sales experience preferred
- Strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills
- Strong presentation skills when presenting to NIV end-users
- Ability to develop financial models and presentations for internal and external.
