Our Medical Device Sales will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Medical Device Sales will support our customers to lead our sales team and oversee customer service operations. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead and manage a team of 5 sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales team members.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee the customer service department and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
Analyze sales and customer service metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years

Bachelor's degree required
