The Medical Billing and Customer Service Specialist's main responsibility will be providing the highest level of customer service via extensive phone work. Prior OBGYN Medical Billing experience is required.
Working hours for this role are 9a-5pm EST or 10a-6p EST. (Fully Remote)

Together Women's Health, a leader in the field of women's health, is adding a FULLY REMOTE full time OBGYNMedical Billing and Customer Service Specialist to our rapidly gowing team!
The Medical Billing and Customer Service Specialist's main responsibility will be providing the highest level of customer service via extensive phone work. Prior OBGYN Medical Billing experience is required.
Working hours for this role are 9a-5pm EST or 10a-6p EST. (Fully Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Provides the highest level of customer service and is committed to resolving patient issues in a timely manner
- Enter charges into the system with accuracy
- Identify errors and process correction of charges
- Monitors delinquent accounts
- Payment posting and maintaining appropriate aging amounts
- Full cycle patient billing including payment plans, printing/mailing bills, phone calls, and other tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Graduate from certified program or college/university (required)
- Allscripts EMR Experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Comfortable spending prolonged amounts of time on the phone (required)
- CPT/Procedure codes knowledge
- ICD10 diagnosis coding
- Solid communication skills both written and oral
- Previous experience working within a large, private OB/GYN medical practice (required)
