- Collect accounts receivable
- Check medical claim status and file appeals
- Performs secondary billing of co-pays and deductibles
- Resolves accounts receivable issues and determines need for additional collection actions as necessary.
- Consistently meets project and monthly deadlines as established.

Who you are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate degree is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Excellent customer service
- Collections, healthcare insurance, and accounts receivable experience are preferred
