As a Medical Biller manager, you will be responsible for monitoring all billers to ensure accurate and timely billing and get reimbursement for medical services. Your duties will include:
- Reviewing and verifying patient information and insurance coverage
- Coding medical procedures and diagnoses using ICD-9 and other coding systems
- Get credencial and contracts for providers.
- Submitting claims to insurance companies electronically or by mail
- Following up on unpaid or denied claims
- Resolving billing discrepancies and answering patient inquiries
- Maintaining patient records and confidentiality
- Collaborating with medical office staff to ensure proper documentation and billing practices
- Assisting with medical collections as needed

- Proficiency in medical terminology, coding, and billing procedures
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and other coding systems

Languate:
Must be proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English.
