KC Practice Management supports Behavioral Health providers with Billing, Credentialing and other Practice Management services. We are a small, growing, local billing company located in Rio Rancho, NM. We offer a casual work enviornment, flexible schedule, room to grow and potential benefits and possible full-time schedule after probation period.
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will provide billing, credentialing and Practice Management support for Behavioral Health providers. We are looking for a motivated individual that is looking to be a permanent part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and submit claims
- Review and post EOB's received from Insurance Companies
- Post and process deposits for payments received from Insurance Companies and Patients
- Review and rebill rejections and denials
- Manage and resolve unpaid claims
- Check benefits and eligibility for patients and relay information to providers
- Perform attestations on insurance portals
- Track and update expiring provider credentialing documents
- Perform other Practice Management tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, credentialing, customer service, or other related fields
- Effective communication skills
- Moderate computer skills, such as sending emails, typing, and using spreadsheets
- Interact virtually and in-person with providers
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Work independently
- Collaborate well with others
- Multitask
- Familiarity with billing software and insurance portals
- Ability to build rapport with providers
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
