Location: Muojicare Medical Center, a Combined Podiatry, Endocrinology, and Wound Care Facility, Las Cruces

Job Description:

Muojicare Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Biller with a background in Medical Assistance. The candidate will be integral in managing billing processes for our specialized services in podiatry, endocrinology, and wound care.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently handle billing and invoicing for medical services.

- Ensure accurate coding of all procedures.

- Work closely with medical staff to verify patient treatment details.

- Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in medical billing.

- Familiarity with medical assistance tasks.

- Strong understanding of medical billing codes and regulations.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $13 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Start Date: January 2024
