Salary```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, as well as performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, verifying their information
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Collect patient's payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist an NP with cosmetic injecting, passing syringes, numbing patient
- Administrating IM injections
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or Med Spa setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is required
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
- Experience with medication administration and vital sign measurements is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
