Medical Assistant -Whs Family Medicine North Main-84

The Medical Assistant for the Washington Physicians Group assures that each patient visit and the logistical arrangements surrounding the visit are carried out with courtesy, care and consistency. They assist the physician/extender in patient care and education. Ability to display excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required.

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable and responsible for the provision of clerical duties and basic medical procedures according to established standards, policies, and procedures of Washington Health System.
2. Accurately reports information to medical staff in order to provide proper patient care.
3. Completes and demonstrates competency in all technical skills and patient care procedures as established by the Washington Physician Group.

Department: WHS Family Medicine North Main

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, occasional evening hours until 6pm.

Hours Per Week: 40
