What Responsibilities Will You Have?

Assisting customers and motivating staff to perform in a positive work environment

Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and proper disposal of records

Maintains store efficiency

Implements store policies and procedures

Training new team members

Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Run reports and double-check that work is completed correctly

Report results to the authorized recipient

Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services

Assist the store manager to implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures

Customer Service

Phlebotomy lab draws

Receptionist Duties

Answering Multi-Line Phones

Data Entry

Cashier

Work in close proximity with customers PPE provided

Fingerprint Technician - will train

Filing

Ability and willingness to upsell services

Qualifications Include:

• Phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)
• Medical Assistant: 2 years (Required)
• Medical Assistant Certification

At least 21 years of age

Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
