Medical Assistant or Clinic Nurse LPN - Pediatrics

Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekends or holidays!
Clinic LPN and MA - Pediatric Overview:

• The Clinic LPN/MA will support six providers within the Pediatric Washington clinic.
• The Clinic LPN/MA will handles patient phone calls, providing triaging, instruction and appropriate follow-up, maintain exam rooms, supplies, equipment and medications.

Qualifications for LPN:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Requires current LPN license in state of Missouri.
• Experience: Requires previous experience in patient care.
• Certifications: AND current IV Certification.
• Other: Must have excellent communication and good computer skills. Accurate patient vital signs phlebotomy skills perform EKG's perform minor diagnostic CLIA-approved testing for office
• Preferred Experience: Prefer a minimum of one-year experience in physician practice or patient education.

Qualifications for MA:
Medical Assistant:

• • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Preferred Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.

Certified Medical Assistant:

• • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Certification: Must have active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA). Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
