Optimum Health is a virtual clinic composed of 5 Physicians, 5 Advanced Practice Providers, 1 Pharmacist, and 4 Medical Assistants. We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a new Medical or Clinical Assistant to assist with Optimum Health's Nursing Facility Services.
As an Optimum Health Medical Assistant you would have the following responsibilities:
- Managing the Schedule of Optimum Health Providers
- Electronic Medical Record Documentation: including chart preparation, transcribing histories and medications
- Chronic Care Management: organize patient's charts, medications, and provider visits
- Answering phone calls from: patients, families, patient care facilities, insurance companies, laboratories
- And more
Our Medical Assistants work mostly from home, but frequently visit our partner patient care facilities and attend in-person training and other Optimum Health meetings. All our Medical/Clinical Assistants receive a computer, phone, and all other equipment needed.
