Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa setting. You will work closely with our medical professionals to ensure the seamless operation of our medical spa and provide top-tier patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and skincare treatments.
• Perform Venipuncture IV procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and impeccably sanitized.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide support for administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy.
• Adhere to all relevant medical and spa regulations and protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa setting, specializing in aesthetic procedures.
• Proficiency in performing Venipuncture IV procedures.
• A positive work attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
• Exceptional reliability to accommodate a busy schedule, with minimal cancellations and days off.
• Proficiency in computer and digital tools for record-keeping and scheduling.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate seamlessly.
• Immediate availability to start.
