Key Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative duties with promptness and precision - must be flexible and be able to adapt
- Perform routine clinical procedures, including but not limited to:
- Recording vital signs and intake
- Conducting blood draws and assisting / performing minor procdures
- Triaging patients to exam rooms
- Setting up procedures
- Facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients.
- Scheduling and answering phones as needed
- Aesthetic treaments under physician supervision
- Previous experience in healthcare (medical office) or related fields is highly desirable - Aesthetic or Beauty background a BIG plus. Working in a Vein Clinic previously or specialist office is also a BIG plus
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment and medspa.
