We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our success in securing direct media deals for a 3-6 month contract assignment. This role involves selling advertising space and media solutions directly to clients, fostering relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the media landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business goals and challenges to tailor media solutions accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to client inquiries.
- Sales Presentations:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our direct media deals.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of advertising with our platform and address client concerns.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal teams for seamless execution.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the media landscape.

Our targeted compensation rate for this contract position based in Culver City, California is between $35-$50/hour plus commission, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
