SalaryJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist patients with scheduling, check-out, and general Med Spa questions.
- Knowledge of cosmetic injectables, microneedling, laser rejuvenation, facials, and body contouring preferred. Will train the right candidate.
- Must have basic computer skills, including: operating POS, online booking platforms, and mobile applications.
- Experience as a receptionist and/or in the aesthetic industry required
- Prior Med Spa experience preferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
