Our centers have operated across Greater Cincinnati for more than 40 years, and we serve children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our teachers work in beautiful, high-quality classrooms.

What we need from you: We’ve built the beautiful, home-like classrooms. We need teachers who keep the environment clean, safe, and stimulating, using the Constructivist Theory (we’re happy to help you learn more about this if you join our classroom). This might be a given, but our teachers should have a positive nature and be flexible, and know that we work best as a team.
We lean into social emotional learning and child-lead play, using positive redirection. You’re as committed to equity, diversity, and inclusivity as we are. You show respect for every child, the people in their lives, and for your team members.
You’re also able to keep confidential information about the program, families, children, staff and the agency. What we can do for you as a Teacher: We have structured career growth plans, in-house coaching, paid professional development, and access to free and reduced college tuition. We want you to be successful in your classroom, so we will help guide you to required training and educational credentials as needed.
