Pure Bliss Med Spa is a luxury med spa in the Sandy Springs/Atlanta area looking for a front desk spa coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate must be professional in their appearance and demeanor, self-motivated, detail orientated, personable, and have a customer service attitude. Must be willing to work together as a team to build and maintain a strong patient following.
In this role you will be working the front desk greeting guests, answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, collecting money, managing inventory, light housekeeping, assisting therapist in the flow of the spa and any other duties as assigned. This is a very busy position. We need someone with a great attitude who can deliver a positive guest impression and oversee the coordination of the spa. Strong knowledge of sales and interpersonal skills is a must.
This position will include Every Saturday, our hours of operation are Tuesday- Saturday.

Candidate must be proficient in the following front desk duties:
- Answering calls and email inquiries
- Scheduling consults/ appointments
- Educating potential clients
- Retail sale and knowledge of products and services
- Checking clients in and out
- Collecting balances
- Posting payments
- Monitoring inventory
- Updating clients accounts
- Keep notes on clients accounts and managing records
- Experience with online business management software
- Manage flow of spa & guests – assisting service providers in staying on-time
- Ensure cleanliness in the spa
- Professional attire is a must at all times
- Preferred but not limited to the following industry experience: Esthetic, Cosmetic, Health & Wellness, Weight Loss, Hair Restoration, Plastic Surgery, Med Spa or related industries
