Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine their specific needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Administer medical massage techniques to alleviate pain, reduce tension, and improve overall well-being.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art digitized chart note system for efficient and accurate note-taking.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort, answer questions, and provide guidance on self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist.
• Experience working in a medical setting is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to become credentialed with insurance companies (if not already credentialed).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent client care.
• Ability to adapt and learn new techniques and procedures.

Ideally, candidates who are already credentialed with insurance providers like PacificSource or Blue Cross are highly sought after, as their existing credentials align perfectly with our mission to provide comprehensive medical massage services.
