Position
As the Med Spa Business Manager our ideal applicant shall possess experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, Med Spa, or the wellness space. You will provide patients with a consistent, on-brand customer experience through professional, attentive, and competent service. The Business Manager will provide exceptional leadership, offering EXO an unparalleled medical spa experience. We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
>Overseeing day-to-day office operations, maintaining up-to-date patient forms, room management, schedule supervision, maintaining patient records, collecting and applying payments, retail sales, reconciliation, and office cleanliness.
>You will also support and oversee all office employees and actively work to uphold a positive company culture by recognizing performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and taking corrective action. Your responsibilities include ensuring that front office operations are efficient and profitable by supporting team members in meeting their sales and profitability goals. You will assist in promoting team members' training and education. Your experience is essential in helping guide the staff to work collaboratively and efficiently with superior communication and cooperation. Your leadership should inspire and motivate the team with regular meetings and development strategies.
>You will be responsible for conducting patient retention policies to assist in resolving patient complaints, maintaining proper management of office staff by creating schedules and ensuring providers are up to date on all necessary documentation and training, and ensuring overall office standards are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes including inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
> You will also assist marketing teams in providing content within the office and implement and support any current marketing initiatives focusing on achieving sales and membership targets and delivering exceptional guest services. These marketing strategies should maximize revenue and profits in a setting of exceptional care and staff attention. Your position will include maintaining compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws/regulations.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have experience working in a medical spa setting or healthcare position. You should also have a solid sales and customer service background, with at least two years of management experience. A passion for the aesthetic industry and patient care is crucial.
