Senior HVAC Project Manager $95-115K (Direct Hire)
R&R Resolute Staffing is partnering with one of the fastest-growing Mechanical Contractors in the Upstate of South Carolina. They are quickly taking on more projects and are looking to expand by hiring a SENIOR HVAC PROJECT MANAGER to play a crucial part in a well-established team.
The ideal candidate will have Commercial Construction Project Manager experience and excellent time management skills. HVAC and Estimating experience are strongly preferred.
· The Project Manager oversees all activities pertaining to the assigned projects including budget, scheduling, material procurement, and supporting field crews.
· The Project Manager will be able to communicate with customers and resolve any questions about HVAC installation. The Project Manager should understand construction project management from start to finish.
Schedule: Generally it is Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours a week. Roughly 7a-5p with Fridays being shorter.

Our client company is right at 20 years in business, an independently owned, growing full-service mechanical contractor focused on delivering turnkey HVAC and mechanical services to a strong base of commercial and industrial customers.
Conveniently located along Interstate 385 in Laurens County, South Carolina, and services a wide range of customers throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. They are currently operating in a new 20,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated HVAC Project Manager to
immediately join the team of this well-established business. The ideal candidate
will have 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. We are looking
for someone with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service (both internal and external customers), planning, scheduling, executing, and closing out construction projects as well as generating new commercial HVAC sales from legacy and new customers. This is an excellent role for a goal-oriented, self-starter looking to build and grow within our client's organization.

Technical Qualifications:
· 5+ years of direct Project Manager experience
· Relevant degree or training from a university, community, or technical school or equivalent industry experience
· Great driving record and clean criminal background check in addition to being able to pass a 10-panel drug test.
