Senior Mechanical Engineer Job Details:
- Licensed senior Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience.
- Responsible for the design of HVAC systems including design, cost estimating, and construction documents for mechanical systems.
- Lead the design and production of HVAC, piping, and miscellaneous mechanical systems in commercial facilities.
- Prepare load calculations, select equipment, layout HVAC & Mechanical systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong working knowledge of building HVAC and Mechanical piping systems, ASHRAE standards, International Mechanical and NFPA codes.
- Experience utilizing Load Calculation and Energy Simulation programs such as Carrier HAP or Trane Trace.
- Experience working on commercial projects and background in a similar MEP or A/E firm is preferred
