TKE Engineering & Design, Inc., a recognized leader in the design, procurement and construction of Mid-stream Solutions for the Oil & Gas Industry, is currently seeking a mechanical/design engineer.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of client relationship development and project execution.
- Project engineering, project start up and closure, utilizing AutoCAD to become engaged in the engineering and design of natural gas storage facilities, LNG instrumentation updates, meter sites, compressor stations, and related commissioning activities.
- Review client specifications and third party engineering reports.
- Develop P&ID's, facility layouts, design-based procurement, and detailed engineering.
- Assists with collecting data and gathering information to support design decisions.
- Under supervision, develop and maintain budgets, prepare specifications, create bid tabulations, order material, review and approve drawings, manage and communicate schedules, and provide direction and support for an interdisciplinary team to successfully complete project tasks.
Requirements:
- AutoCAD experience a plus!
- Candidate must have experience in midstream oil & gas
- Candidate must possess professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and assignments
- Ability to take direction, follow process and accept feedback and suggestions from Senior Engineers
- Ability to travel as required to support projects and attend meetings (less than 10%)
- 2+ years’ engineering experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
