Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Engineering Project Lead in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include working with Project Managers and Engineering teams on large projects in support of the licensing of Fuel products in Commercial Nuclear Reactors. Creating and then executing project plans, receiving status updates from multiple Engineering disciplines, providing status updates to management. Facilitating the solution for technical issues that could be related to Neutronics, Safety Analysis, Thermal-Hydraulics, or Fuel Rod Analyses. Delivering or supporting communication to customers or regulators. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
