Job description

Responsibilites:

Create designs in accordance with company regulations and client standards and values.
Working on CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to create drawing specifications in line with the needs of the product.
Provide support during the entire build process to ensure that the design specifications are met.
Use feedback and data to upgrade, improve or repair the company's existing machines.
Calculate tolerance, dimensions and thermal and structural analysis.
Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members.
Experience with mechanical design and control systems, manufacturing process development, and CAD tools
Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

Minimum of 5 years' experience with Solid Works.
Experience AutoCad and Autodesk Inventor a plus.
Ability to take a project from design concept to completion with minimal assistance.
Experience with automated equipment and tooling required.
Understanding of machining and fabricating process.
Experience with robotic applications a plus.
Experience with welding process a plus.
Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Manage program tasks through entire project: concept, build and onsite runoff.
Strong Interpersonal skills. Engage coworkers and customers during project reviews and meetings as needed.
