Position Overview
- Responsible for mechanical design of engineered-to-order capital equipment to customer specifications
- Create 3D CAD models, assembly and detailed parts drawings using Solidworks
- Work with the sales team to create custom and standard equipment
- Provide technical and troubleshooting support to production team members
- Enhance and improve designs to maximize efficiencies and reduce costs
Candidate Requirements
- high school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- More than 10 years mechanical design engineering experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Solidworks, Creo or Catia CAD software
- Interest in learning the product line and being part of a growing organization
