Mechanical Design Engineer Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $120K - $135K, based on experience

Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Ensure meticulous adherence to customer machine specifications
• Develop intricate 3D CAD assemblies and part models
• Optimize the selection of servos, gearboxes, pneumatic devices, and other standard machine design components for cost-effectiveness
• Generate detailed design drawings, meeting AGR and ASME standards
• Prepare Bills of Materials in compliance with AGR requirements
• Follow ISO9001 procedures for engineering, including reviews and information capture
• Provide expert technical support to fabrication and assembly teams during equipment fabrication, assembly, and debugging
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and accurate recording of job times
• Proficiently use SolidWorks or an equivalent 3D software package
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, (Automated) Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, etc.)
• Possess 5 or more years of engineering experience, preferably focused on machine design or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
• Strong 3D CAD skills, particularly in SolidWorks
