Mechanical Assembler

Alliance Manufacturing, Inc., a leading provider of innovative solutions for industrial parts cleaning applications, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler! This is a 1st shift, full-time position!

POSITION SUMMARY: Perform mechanical equipment assembly per engineering drawings. Assist with machine hard wiring as needed. Occasionally, assist with field service related to mechanical equipment problems both in house and at customer's facilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with assembly of equipment per drawings and instruction.

Operate shop tools for assembly of equipment.

Assist in maintaining a well-organized assembly area and part inventory/stocking area.

Observe and practice safe working procedures.

Inspect completed machines for accuracy and quality.

When required, layout and assemble electrical control enclosure.

Perform additional duties as requested and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent mechanical aptitude.

Pipe fitting skills.

Proficiency using hand tools.

A general understanding of electrical schematics/components.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well with others.

Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately within acceptable timeframes.

Experience/knowledge related to industrial cleaning equipment (Preferred).
