On - Site: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis.
The Role:
Maximo LBA is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of LDT Maximo system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient operation of Maximo and its integration with other systems. In this role you will also be a GMS for Maintenance Champion.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Configure and customize Maximo Start Center/Dashboards to meet business requirements
Perform administrative tasks, including user management, security settings and system performance monitoring
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and modifications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo functionality, and data integrity
Provide end-user training and support to maximize system utilization and efficiency
Supporting maintenance and facilities departments
Execute GMS initiatives for maintenance plant wide
Manage departmental projects
Develop and maintain reports to provide quantitative and qualitative data to departments
Analyze maintenance department performance and provide direction for improvement
Recommend solutions to unusual problems
Support shops in launch projects
Collect and analyze key performance metrics for the group
Handle a variety of special assignments
Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management
Teach maintenance focused GMS training
Champion PM for all shops
Additional Description
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1 to 2 years of maintenance experience
Ability to work occasional overtime
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
2 to 5 years of maintenance experience
SQL experience
SharePoint management experience
Technical background
GMS experience
CMMS/Maximo experience
Bachelor degree in Engineering
